O Emmy 2022 conhecido com a premiação mais importante da televisão, acontecerá, hoje, segunda-feira, dia 12 de setembro, às 21h (horário de Brasilía) e será transmitido para o Brasil pelo canal por assinatura TNT, a partir das 20h30m fazendo a cobertura do Tapete Vermelho antes da cerimônia. A premiação acontecerá na cidade de Los Angeles, California e terá apresentação de Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live).
As produções estão cada vez mais acirradas e tem série que repete as indicações de anos anteriores como o caso de “Sucession” com 25 indicações seguida de perto pelas séries: “Ted Lasso” e “The White Lotus” com 20 indicações cada uma. Logo depois vem a estreante “Only Murders in the Building” com 17 indicações, seguida de perto pela série “Euphoria” teve 16, incluindo Zendaya, que tenta ganhar de novo como atriz de série de drama. “Round 6” se tornou a primeira produção em língua não inglesa indicada na categoria drama.
Entre as produtoras estão a HBO com 130 indicações, claro que somadas com as produções da HBO Max. Seguida de muito perto da gigante dos streamings Netflix que teve 129 indicações.
Para concorrer ao Emmy 2022, os indicados precisam cumprir com a regra básica: estrear entre junho de 2021 e maio de 2022. Como são muitas categorias, algumas já tiveram seus resultados divulgados no dia 03, como Chadwick Boseman que venceu um prêmio póstumo pela dublagem na série do Disney + “What If …?”
